Translation at the College of Arts, University of Alnoor, received on Tuesday morning, December 2, 2025, an academic delegation from the Department of Translation at the University of Mosul, in an official visit aimed at strengthening academic cooperation and exchanging expertise between the two sides.\nThe delegation was welcomed by the Dean of the College of Arts at the University of Alnoor, Professor Dr. Wael Alnahas, accompanied by the Head of the Department of Translation, Assistant Professor Dr. Nidaa Salem Omar, who extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and delivered a comprehensive introductory presentation on the academic structure of the Department of Translation, its academic programs, and the scientific and practical development it has witnessed.\nThe visit included an extensive tour of the language laboratories, simultaneous interpretation halls, and practical training centers, during which the delegation reviewed the available facilities and the mechanisms used for student training.\nAn academic meeting was also held between the two sides to discuss several shared topics, most notably the development of students\u2019 skills, the organization of joint scientific activities, and exploring the possibility of implementing training and cooperative programs that would enhance students\u2019 capabilities and supply the labor market with advanced competencies in the field of translation.\nThis visit comes within the framework of both parties\u2019 efforts to strengthen academic cooperation and exchange expertise in a manner that serves the
