Digital media students are undergoing training at the university in preparation to equip them with the necessary skills to keep up with media activities.

As part of strengthening the academic achievement of students in the Digital Media Department at the College of Arts, University of Alnoor, and providing opportunities for practical application in media institutions and departments, first-year students have joined a summer internship at the Media and Government Communication Department of the university. The internship aims to provide students with hands-on experience over two weeks, during which they attend lectures and practice various media skills. The internship began with a lecture by journalist Thamer Ma'youf on the topic of editing in its various forms, covering news writing, reporting, investigative journalism, interviews, articles, and weekly columns. At the end of the lecture, a Q&A session was held to encourage discussion. The internship continues with topics on editing, design, photography, and radio work. The second week is dedicated to live exercises, where students participate in several student activities in the university's Cultural and Artistic Activities Department, under the supervision of the Media Department.
