As part of its series of scientific and cultural activities coinciding with the atmosphere of the holy month of Ramadan, the Department of Digital Media at the College of Arts, University of Alnoor, organized a Ramadan lecture on Saturday morning, 28 February 2026, titled (Ramadan: Building Balance Between Academic Excellence and Spiritual Growth,) in the presence of Professor Dr. Wail Alnahhas, Dean of the College. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Karam Mufadhil Aljasim, a faculty member in the department. The lecture addressed the importance of making use of the holy month as an opportunity to reassess priorities, strengthen self-discipline, and develop a sense of responsibility among students, in a way that positively reflects on their academic achievement and professional behavior. The speaker also emphasized that achieving a balance between academic requirements and daily acts of worship represents an essential life skill that contributes to building a well-rounded personality capable of succeeding both academically and spiritually.
