The delegation of Alnoor University concluded its official visit to the United Kingdom with a visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in London, where they met with His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Salih Hussein Ali Altamimi. During the meeting, the delegation reviewed the outcomes of its visits to a number of British universities and academic and cultural institutions, highlighting the discussions held on opportunities for scientific and research collaboration and the development of academic programs. The delegation also presented Alnoor University's key initiatives and projects in the fields of scientific research, digital transformation, cultural heritage preservation, and the enhancement of its international academic presence. For his part, Ambassador Dr. Salih Hussein Ali Altamimi commended the University's dynamic academic progress and its efforts to establish effective partnerships with British institutions, affirming the Embassy's support for these initiatives. The delegation extended an official invitation to His Excellency the Ambassador to visit Alnoor University in Nineveh Governorate, tour its facilities and research centers, and deliver a lecture to the University's students on Iraqi–British relations and academic diplomacy. At the conclusion of the meeting, the delegation expressed its sincere appreciation to His Excellency the Ambassador and the Embassy staff for their warm hospitality and continued support for Iraqi academic delegations, which contributes to strengthening the bridges of scientific and cultural cooperation between Iraq and the United Kingdom.
