Alnoor University Organizes a Cultural Tour for Delegations Participating in the Bologna Process Implementation Quality Workshop
On the sidelines of the Quality Assurance Workshop on the Implementation of the Bologna Process, hosted by Alnoor University, the University organized a cultural tour for the participating delegations. The tour was headed by the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Scientific Research Affairs, Professor Dr. Haider Abd Dhahad, and attended by a number of presidents of public and private universities, vice presidents, college deans, as well as prominent academic and official figures.
The tour included visits to a number of historical, cultural heritage, and religious landmarks in the city of Mosul, where participants learned about the efforts being made to revive the city's cultural and civilizational identity, reflecting its rich history and its distinguished historical, cultural, and religious significance.
The tour also included a visit to Baytuna Foundation for Culture and Arts, the cultural wing of Al-Noor University, where the delegation toured the Alnoor Center for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage and explored its collection of artifacts and exhibits that reflect the city's collective memory and its authentic cultural heritage.
The tour concluded with a traditional Mosuli poetry and heritage evening attended by the participating delegates, in a vibrant cultural atmosphere that embodied the spirit of Mosul and reflected its rich civilizational and cultural heritage.
This event reflects Alnoor University's commitment to enriching the workshop's academic program with cultural and heritage activities that foster interaction among the participating delegations while highlighting the historical, cultural, and religious legacy of the city of Mosul.
